By agreeing to purchase artwork from me you are agreeing to all of the terms and conditions detailed below, all local laws applicable to you, and international copyright law.
- I only accept payment via PayPal.
- Commissions will not be started until FULL payment has been received.
- There are no refunds.
- I reserve the right to decline the sale of any commission.
- If you would like to 'Rush Order' you will have to pay an extra 50% of the commission charge for your commission to take priority over others, this does not make you first in line if there are others who have payed for a 'Rush Order' you will be put in a queue after those commissions; you will still have priority over standard commissions.
- I will NOT draw offensive and inappropriate material, feel free to message me for more details!
- You will be contacted once your commission has been received/started.
- If you would like me to draw you or a specific person, you must provide several good pictures of the person.
- All commissions are subject to being streamed (unless discussed), added to my portfolio and sold as my own merchandise.
- You are NOT allowed to sell the work that you commission me to design unless prior agreement/purchase of a license to sell have been made.
